The sponge head on this mop is easy to install. Simply aim the groove on the mop head and use force to insert the iron clamp on the sponge head into the groove. When you want to remove the sponge head, just pull the ring on the mop head outward.

The mop's pole is telescopic, allowing you to adjust the handle length from 42.5 inches to 52 inches. To do so, simply turn the middle pole counterclockwise to extend or shorten the mop to your desired length.
